Pit of Mundus Ceremony is an action that occurs around a ritualistic circle.  Tuazon digs a hole evoking the pit of mundus.  Participants are invited to stand at the precipice of a pit and part with personal items to sever their psychological ties to objects.  At the close of the event, a lapis manalis seals the pit and is buried by all.  Lan Tuazon is a founding member of Witness, a collaborative group that organize actions outside.
