Sculpture Combines is a series of small scale sculptures placed next to artifacts in the museum’s Egyptian collection.  The sculptures are formal interpretations of each artifact’s conceptual content and according to seven types of resemblances: emulation, sympathy/antipathy, convenience, analogy, parity and copula.
